Charity Baw II featuring King Creosote

We’re delighted to give a shout out to Charity Baw, the Edinburgh fundraiser which was such a success last year. After a great 2009 welcoming to the stage the likes of Vashti Bunyan, Aberfeldy, The Real Tuesday Weld, Meursault and many more, as well as raising thousands of pounds for Oxfam and The Haiti Appeal, the ‘Baw Team’ are back.

On the 17th of July at Edinburgh’s Roxy Art House, Charity Baw are delighted to welcome King Creosote to the main stage alongside Ballboy, FOUND and Panda Su. In the Roxy Room Three Blind Wolves will headline with support from The Sexual Objects, Over The Wall and Maple Leaves.

In keeping with their decision to focus on local charities this ‘Baw’ (Ball) will be in aid of Artlink, an Edinburgh based charity that works hard to increase opportunities for individuals who experience disadvantage or disability to take part in the arts across Edinburgh and the Lothians.

Get along and support this if you can.
